Kale Chips

Yield- serves 4

Ingredients 

Kale Leaves, torn 1 bunch

Olive oil 1/4 cup

Salt to taste 

Method of prep.

  1. Set your oven to 175 degrees F. Add the olive oil to a medium sized bowl and add the torn kale. Coat the kale evenly with the olive oil.

  2. Lay the oiled kale onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or Aluminum foil evenly spread apart so that there is at least a quarter inch of separation between all leaves.

  3. Season the leaves evenly with salt. Bake in the oven low and slow for about 1.5 hours. Let cool and enjoy!
