Ingredients

Yield- Serves 1


Frozen mixed berries 3/4 C

Mango 1/2 ea.

Date Paste 1 T

Coconut Milk 1C

Toppings- 

Blueberries 10 ea.

Apricot, sliced 1 ea.

Raspberries 5 ea. 

Granola 1/4 C

Chia seeds 2 tsp

Method of Prep

  1. Add frozen mixed berries, mango, date paste and coconut milk to blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.

  2. Pour into a chilled bowl and evenly spread out smoothie.

  3. Arrange toppings how you'd like to eat it and enjoy!
